Senior finance leader owning both accounting and FP&A at a SaaS startup. Responsible for month-end close, reporting, controls, payroll, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, revenue recognition (ASC 606), finance tech stack, and oversight of one internal FTE plus outsourced bookkeeping. Partner to the CFO and leadership on strategic financial planning, investor/board materials, and scaling unit economics.

Remote Bookkeeper responsible for maintaining financial records, posting and reconciling transactions, preparing trial balances and financial reports, managing AP/AR and payroll across multiple legal entities, ensuring federal/state/local compliance, and advising management. As the first finance hire, you'll establish the finance organization, manage accounting, lead budgeting, and support Series A fundraising while building a financial infrastructure for growth.

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll manage budget analysis, partner with departments on financial planning, develop operating models, and leverage AI for financial insights.

Support M&A activities for software acquisitions: analyze commercial and financial data, perform market research, identify targets, advance deals through the cycle, coordinate cross-functional diligence and support closing of live transactions.

Lead FP&A strategy and execution: budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, and reporting. Advise executive leadership, mentor the FP&A team, and partner across product, marketing, and operations to drive financial decisions and growth.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, AP, payroll accounting, grant/fund accounting, and audit preparation. Produce financial statements and reporting, support budgeting and forecasts, consolidate multi-currency ESP France results, and improve systems and controls while partnering with leadership and outsourced CFO advisors.

Provide expert finance domain evaluation of AI-generated investment analyses: validate reasoning, identify factual or calculation errors, review valuation and financial models, create and refine prompts and benchmarks, annotate datasets, and deliver structured feedback to improve LLM performance while collaborating with project teams in a remote, project-based role.

Lead NetSuite ERP architecture, configuration, integrations, and roadmap. Improve Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, implement automation (including AI/LLM agents), enforce data governance and SOX-ready controls, partner with cross-functional teams, manage upgrades and third-party integrations, and provide documentation, training, and user support to ensure financial system stability and accuracy.

Own month-end close, account reconciliations, and prepare reporting packages. Implement ASC 606 revenue recognition processes, oversee AP/vendor management, sales tax, 1099s, internal controls, and audit-ready documentation. Partner with external providers and business leaders to improve tooling and automate revenue reporting.
