Modernize quote-to-cash and ERP/billing systems, manage audits, and build a globally distributed finance and accounting team.

Prepare and analyze quarterly and year-end U.S. and worldwide consolidated income tax provisions (FIN 18) and uncertain tax positions (FIN 48). Support US consolidated federal, state, and international compliance, prepare tax returns, estimated tax calculations, and sales/use tax reconciliations. Coordinate with external preparers, maintain tax provision software, and monitor state and local tax legislative changes to ensure compliance.

Lead global tax and treasury functions, build infrastructure and controls, manage tax provision and compliance (ASC 740), optimize global tax position, oversee liquidity, cash forecasting, banking relationships, FX and payment operations, support M&A and international expansion, and partner cross-functionally to scale finance processes for public company readiness.

Own revenue accounting and Order-to-Cash: prepare journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition workbooks, process improvements, controls, and audit support while partnering with Sales, FP&A, and Legal.

Lead adoption of new accounting standards, provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, design and oversee SOX/internal controls, author disclosures and MD&A, manage monthly close (including stock-based compensation), publish investor reporting packages, and partner with Product, Legal, Finance, and external auditors on accounting issues.

Manage U.S. full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, corporate card reconciliation, timesheet cost allocation, month-end close, GL reconciliations, inter-entity transfers, audit support, budgeting, internal controls, and finance system improvements to support global consolidation and grant reporting.

Lead the accounting function at a high-growth SaaS company, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and building a high-performing team.

Lead FP&A for a SaaS + payments business: own budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and unit-economics modeling. Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze ARR/MRR, churn, GPV, take rates and pricing.
