Drive revenue and market share for Salvin Dental product lines within North Los Angeles by developing territory sales strategies, growing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, achieving sales KPIs, maintaining customer records and sales funnel data, and representing the company to key dental customers.

Own strategy and execution of behavior-driven lifecycle email programs to drive adoption, engagement, and cross-sell for trial and customer audiences. Use data and AI to identify segments and opportunities, build trigger-based campaigns in HubSpot, partner cross-functionally to align content and product launches, define KPIs, and create customer delight programs that turn users into advocates.

Own month-end close, account reconciliations, and prepare reporting packages. Implement ASC 606 revenue recognition processes, oversee AP/vendor management, sales tax, 1099s, internal controls, and audit-ready documentation. Partner with external providers and business leaders to improve tooling and automate revenue reporting.

Lead and build Momos' growth marketing function to drive full-funnel acquisition and pipeline growth across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, and ABM. Establish measurement, experimentation, and attribution frameworks, partner with Sales/Product/RevOps, coach the growth team, manage vendors, and show clear ROI linking growth spend to revenue.

Manage end-to-end delivery of web and software projects: define scope, build schedules and sprints, manage scope/schedule/budget changes, run risk management, maintain documentation, report progress, enforce accessibility standards, and own client communications.

Support the Koons Family Institute with legal and policy research, writing, and editing on child protection topics (e.g., online grooming, CSAM, age verification). Produce briefs, reports, and policy recommendations; engage with experts; may use foreign language or regional expertise. Remote with optional limited in-person work; unpaid; semester or summer term commitments.

Guide clients to strategic product decisions, translate business needs into user stories, maintain and prioritize backlogs, serve as Product Owner on scrum teams, advise on roadmaps and release planning, surface risks, and align development with client expectations.
