Manage full sales cycle for small-to-medium school districts in the Northeast, handling inbound leads and prospecting. Build pipeline, set meetings, coordinate with internal teams (Success, Marketing, Legal, Product), support contracting and RFP responses, track activity in Salesforce, meet sales targets, and relay partner feedback to product teams to improve adoption and renewals.

Own member lifecycle to grow, engage, and retain patients. Design nurture and newsletter campaigns, optimize onboarding workflows, partner cross-functionally to reduce churn, improve engagement (check-ins, bookings, attendance), define KPIs, and analyze program impact to optimize member outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL and streaming data pipelines into cloud warehouses. Implement transformations and dimensional models (dbt), ensure data quality and observability, write SQL for analysis, support BI/dashboarding, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics-ready datasets.

Design, optimize, and verify NVM circuit IP and full-chip simulations for analog compute engines. Develop RNM/functional models (Verilog-A/SystemVerilog/Python), collaborate with validation and backend teams, and support tapeout, silicon debug, and production qualification.

Provide white-glove onboarding and technical support to new customers: handle high call volume, schedule installations, troubleshoot IPTV and internet services, explain billing, and act as primary liaison to deepen engagement and ensure high-quality service.

Capture business context and define functional and non-functional requirements. Manage requirements through the project lifecycle, facilitate stakeholder communication, support change control, define project scope, and act as project lead on acquisition integration.

Coordinate post-sale to pre-implementation transitions: capture implementation requirements on sales calls, manage new-client setup (subscriptions, data tickets), re-engage delayed clients, maintain project records and readiness tracking, and ensure accurate project data across sales and client success systems.
