Manages client relationships and service delivery for healthcare revenue cycle accounts. Manages risks, escalations, stakeholder communication, launch readiness, cutovers, rollback plans, monitoring, SLOs, runbooks, and post-launch validation. Requires strong program management fundamentals, technical fluency, and experience driving cross-team software, platform, or infrastructure programs.

Develop and execute strategic account plans across UK healthcare accounts to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Build relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders; identify and progress sales opportunities; support tenders and contract implementation; and collaborate with commercial, clinical, and technical teams. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records while working extensively in the field across the assigned territory.

Leads the integrated technical architecture for an enterprise-scale application hosting, compute, and storage program. Establishes target-state architecture, engineering standards, modernization roadmaps, reusable cloud and platform patterns, and governance processes across AWS, Azure, on-premises, hybrid, Kubernetes, OpenShift, storage, and virtualization environments. Guides security, resiliency, observability, FinOps, disaster recovery, migration, and operational readiness decisions while presenting solutions to government executives and mentoring technical teams.

Generate qualified analytics sales pipeline by researching target accounts, prospecting CFOs and finance leaders, conducting discovery conversations, qualifying opportunities, scheduling meetings for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. The role requires outbound communication across phone, email, and LinkedIn, collaboration with Sales and Marketing, and familiarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data.

Lead cross-functional Revenue Operations programs that improve seller efficiency through process, systems, and data transformation. Own initiatives such as quoting, forecasting, Salesforce modernization, territory rollouts, and workflow automation. Coordinate Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Enablement; manage plans, dependencies, risks, communications, training, and adoption. Measure program outcomes, eliminate operational friction, and report status and decisions to leadership.
