Leads Accounts Engineering, managing approximately eight full-stack developers. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, technical direction, architectural alignment, roadmap prioritization, project planning, operational reliability, on-call health, and delivery quality. The role partners with Product and Data Science, drives high-velocity product launches, manages platform and product engineering priorities, and promotes AI-assisted engineering practices.

Leads the design and development of complex frontend systems and product features using Angular and React. Architects scalable frontend patterns, improves performance and engineering velocity, drives testing and code-quality practices, and leads major technical initiatives. Supports FEMA’s CBRN Operations Division by gathering, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and validating user requirements for CBRNE detection systems throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Coordinates with first responders, end users, test and evaluation personnel, acquisition leads, and systems engineers to ensure requirements are clear, testable, operationally relevant, and aligned with safe and effective system use.

Build and deploy customized software solutions for credit union clients. Lead integrations, troubleshoot production environments, advise technical stakeholders, own complex rollouts, and improve deployment processes. Work across TypeScript, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms while incorporating AI tools into engineering workflows. The role involves close client collaboration, cross-functional feedback, and travel to client sites as needed.

Own the architecture, development, performance, and support of interactive 3D product configurators using WebGL and JavaScript frameworks. Integrate configurator recipes with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, PLM, PIM/MDM, middleware, OMS, and WMS systems to ensure accurate SKUs, BOMs, pricing, availability, and fulfillment. Lead technical design, code reviews, performance optimization, accessibility, data contracts, asset pipelines, personalization moderation, and end-to-end commerce integration.

Design and develop scalable, high-performance data and API infrastructure for real-time processing. Mentor engineers and collaborate with teams to enhance AI model evaluations.

Design and scale backend data infrastructure for Beacon’s Datastore, including PostgreSQL models, Kafka event pipelines, GraphQL APIs, and warehouse dataset snapshots. Lead architecture for complex systems, write and tune SQL, debug cross-system issues, author RFCs, and collaborate with scientific, clinical, product, and engineering stakeholders. Mentor engineers, improve tooling and documentation, and strengthen operational reliability and data integrity across clinical and digital health platforms.

Owns the reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting HR, finance, and operations. Designs API-driven integrations, automates manual processes, troubleshoots application and data-flow issues, supports releases and incident management, and translates business needs into scalable technical solutions. The role also documents architecture, collaborates across technology teams, and evaluates AI and automation opportunities.
