Lead the Collision business segment across multiple brands, owning strategy, P&L, operations, marketing, franchise relations, and talent development. Partners with senior leaders to prioritize work, resolve roadblocks, translate strategy into measurable execution, and recommend corrective actions. The role also supports organizational change, knowledge management, mentorship, onboarding, and scalable team operations.

Provides Level 2 technical and application support for dental SaaS, integrated, cloud, on-premise, and legacy systems. Diagnoses issues across operating systems, browsers, networks, databases, and application environments; communicates solutions to dental professionals; documents resolutions; manages escalations; and collaborates with engineering and product teams. The role also contributes to knowledge-base content, troubleshooting automation, escalation analysis, and continuous improvement.

Provides administrative and operational support to Retirement Plan Consultants by coordinating client communications, collecting and organizing plan data, tracking deadlines, maintaining records, and assisting with Form 5500 filings, distributions, loans, corrections, reporting, and special projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, communication skills, Excel proficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks independently after training.

Manage the performance of an underwriting operations team, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, talent development, performance improvement plans, and initiative prioritization. Coordinate with Underwriting Operations, oversee trainers, and ensure team members remain current on company programs. The role permits telecommuting and requires fluency in Mandarin, a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance, and graduate coursework in insurance and operational risk management.
