Share best practices with global TA teams and drive process improvements to enhance recruitment operations and candidate experience.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of total rewards programs with emphasis on 401(k) governance, leaves/ADA administration, vendor management, compliance, analytics, and process improvements. Provide reporting and recommendations, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure regulatory and fiduciary readiness.

Lead global talent acquisition systems, analytics, and operations. Manage ATS administration, integrations, AI-enabled recruiting, automation, compliance, dashboards, enablement, and cross-functional programs to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders in West R&D, driving organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, compensation guidance, change leadership, and complex employee relations to improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability.

Design, deliver, and manage enterprise talent development programs (onboarding, learning journeys, cohort-based development, early career programs). Facilitate workshops, partner with stakeholders and vendors, manage program operations, measure outcomes, and apply continuous improvement. Incorporate innovative and AI-enabled learning approaches to support upskilling, reskilling, and future skills alignment.
