As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist parents via video calls, troubleshoot technical issues, answer program questions, and ensure reliable support coverage.

Provide hands-on technical support for time-sensitive customer issues, build onboarding and training content, run webinars, document solutions, and enable internal teams to reduce recurring support tickets and improve customer adoption.

Lead post-sale relationships for enterprise customers: onboard, enable, and drive measurable value to ensure renewal and expansion. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to run CORs, support pre-sales/POCs, and translate business objectives into technical outcomes while advocating customer needs internally.

Design and execute digital customer success programs using Planhat and related platforms. Build automated lifecycle campaigns and AI-driven personalization, coordinate education and digital events, partner cross-functionally on content and product launches, monitor engagement and health signals, and optimize for adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.

Manage a portfolio of clients as a strategic partner: build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams (Accounting, HR, Payroll, Tax), monitor client health, lead renewals, drive retention and service improvements, and run executive business reviews.

Own a portfolio of strategic B2B SaaS accounts in the Courts vertical, drive retention and expansion, manage account health in CRM, run QBRs and success plans, surface customer feedback to Product, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Implementation.

Deploy, configure, and integrate Nuclearn's AI platform on customer infrastructure (on‑prem/air‑gapped or cloud). Drive adoption through training and troubleshooting, act as technical advisor to plant engineers and IT, surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and own post‑go‑live relationships toward expansion.

Manage customer implementations and ongoing support, train users, troubleshoot issues, gather and synthesize customer feedback, and liaise with product and engineering to improve the product and roadmap while ensuring strong customer relationships.

Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for DNC tech products via Zendesk and on-call rotations; deliver virtual and occasional in-person training; maintain product documentation; manage relationships with state party data staff; gather and share user feedback with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

Serve as a technical customer advocate to drive adoption of the Collate platform. Advise on architecture, governance, lineage, observability, and security; troubleshoot environments; run workshops; produce enablement materials; present business reviews to drive retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes.
