Own team reviews, OKR reporting, knowledge management, scaling processes, hiring operations, and internal tools. Drive initiatives across product, go-to-market, and deployment operations from concept through proof of concept. Support AI Agent brand growth through content and thought leadership. The role requires strong operational, strategic, communication, and execution skills in a high-growth technology environment.

Own the systems, data, forecasting, and processes powering the SaaS go-to-market engine. Responsibilities include optimizing HubSpot and the broader revenue technology stack, improving attribution and data quality, managing PLG-to-sales-assist funnels, developing forecasts and scenario models, automating lead-to-cash and renewal workflows, building dashboards, supporting pricing and packaging tests, and aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Payments, and Finance around revenue growth.

Identify data and process gaps, deliver decision-ready recommendations, lead stakeholder reviews, and drive cross-functional improvements across Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering. Lead annual Customer Success planning for capacity, territories, quotas, incentives, roadmaps, and targeting.
