Handle complex commercial General Liability and casualty claims end-to-end: investigate, analyze coverage, manage litigation, set reserves, attend mediations/trials, communicate with stakeholders, refer fraud/subrogation, and provide guidance to adjusters while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support and maintain enterprise physical and virtual infrastructure on cloud and on-prem platforms. Deploy, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, storage, networking, and applications. Provide 24x7 production support, performance monitoring, firmware/software maintenance, document resolutions, participate in testing new technologies, and liaise with vendors and development teams to integrate operational requirements into the SDLC.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to prospective and enrolled students, facilitate enrollments, ensure admissions requirements are completed, track student dispositions in internal systems, and support team initiatives and trainings.

Lead and scale a Support Engineering team handling complex API and payments issues, own incident response and SLAs, build operational processes, drive metrics and automation, partner cross-functionally, and hire and develop team members.

Provide enterprise-level safety program support for Amerescos Eastern US teams: manage trackers, compliance schedules, EHS/LMS administration, training matrices, incident and corrective-action tracking, document control, reporting, dashboards, and coordination with regional safety and project teams to ensure safety documentation and compliance.

Own day-to-day operational execution for a portfolio of partners: configuration, billing, data/integration operations, implementations, escalations, reporting, and partner business reviews. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues, run implementations, and serve as primary operational contact to ensure smooth partner relationships and flag risks early.
