Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructure including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Nutanix, Azure/AWS, backup/disaster recovery, and endpoint management. Lead the Letter AI sales enablement tool, audit DocuSign agreements, and deliver actionable insights to leadership across U.S. and U.K. markets.

Manage high-risk tax escalations, investigate root causes, coordinate cross-functional resolution, improve processes and operational readiness, and reduce repeat failures through prevention and automation.

Provide administrative and project support to a hiring department, performing assigned tasks, troubleshooting basic office equipment, using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), communicating professionally, supervising or leading as needed, managing multiple assignments, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel client appointments; handle inbound calls and emails; maintain accurate calendars and customer records; send reminders and follow-ups; verify information; escalate complex issues; and collaborate to improve scheduling processes while protecting customer confidentiality.

Design, implement, and improve Monarch's leadership operating system and planning cadences. Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, drive execution of cross-functional priorities, build documentation and artifacts to scale execution, and partner with founders and leaders to remove friction and improve decision-making.

Support and improve Zoom's connected planning platform by triaging user issues, provisioning access, coordinating enhancements, conducting root-cause analysis, participating in UAT and data validation, creating documentation, and partnering with Finance, GTM, and People teams to drive model/report cleanup and operational improvements.

Serve as strategic advisor and chief of staff to the Division VP, driving commercial strategy execution, planning, forecasting, KPI-driven performance management, cross-functional alignment (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain), executive communications, product availability planning, and team development to deliver business results and continuous improvement across markets.
