Perform and monitor complex audits within a lending area to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identify and document deficiencies, report findings, analyze trends, recommend process improvements, assist implementation, provide training to junior staff, and escalate risk issues as needed. Maintain internal control standards and support remediation of audit and regulatory items.
