Leads Audit Advisors, ensures accurate discrepancy detection, GL coding, reporting, payment files, and dispute recovery, and partners with product and technology teams to increase automation. The role requires deep parcel or freight billing audit expertise, client-facing leadership, carrier invoice data experience, and team management.

Provides administrative and clerical support for managers, including route monitoring, paperwork auditing, filing, phone and email communication, order and inventory updates, delivery team coordination, customer issue resolution, vendor communication, and closing reports. Assists with warehouse functions, freight returns, driver onboarding documentation, and delivery route progress tracking while maintaining accurate records and professional customer service.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure for Roadie’s logistics platform. Identify performance bottlenecks, improve reliability, collaborate with Product, Data Science, and engineering teams, contribute to code reviews and technical practices, and own projects from concept through production.

Partners with Marketing and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities, conduct consultative discovery, demonstrate AI and other solutions, and develop ROI-backed proposals. Qualifies and documents opportunities for CSM-led closing, ensures seamless customer handoffs, and shares customer and market insights with Marketing and Product. The role requires translating AI capabilities into business value, generating pipeline, and communicating effectively with technical and executive audiences.
