Lead architecture and development for scalable document content extraction and transformation systems. Build full-stack, event-driven applications using C#/.NET, AWS, Kafka, OCR technologies, APIs, and AI services. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage analytics tasks in Jira, troubleshoot data issues, and use AI-assisted tools including Cursor and Claude to improve efficiency.

Lead and grow a small ML engineering team while staying hands-on: design and ship GenAI features, build agentic LLM systems (NER, classification, retrieval, summarization), partner with PM and engineering, scope ambiguous problems, and reduce COGS through ML automation.
