As a Sales Development Representative, you'll build relationships with school districts, educate them on our services, and qualify leads for Account Executives while meeting sales quotas.

Conduct in-home sales presentations within an assigned territory, engage qualified leads, design customized security/automation solutions, close sales, and represent the company professionally while meeting sales targets and working independently.

Make high-volume warm/outbound and inbound calls to qualified leads, qualify interest, and schedule sales appointments for closers. Maintain CRM records, participate in training and team syncs, use consultative discovery to create qualified pipeline, and meet appointment quotas.

Handle inbound leads (no cold calling), convert interest into bookings/appointments/enrollments, work 40 hours/week within 12 PM-12 AM EST, accept commission-based weekly payouts, own results with real-time coaching, and pursue rapid promotions based on performance.

Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), research accounts, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM activity while partnering with sales, marketing, and enablement to meet SAL and pipeline targets.

Identify and qualify ecommerce prospects, execute multi-channel outreach (email, social, cold calls), manage and nurture a sales pipeline in CRM, design outreach strategies with sales leaders, support Account Executives on discovery calls, and contribute to sales process improvements.

Reach and qualify prospects for demos, build target account lists, perform high-volume outbound calls and multi-channel outreach, assist with data quality/enrichment, learn CRM workflows, and participate in sales training to support Account Executives and drive pipeline.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will make outbound calls to engage potential customers, gather information, and connect them with the sales team, all while receiving training and support.

Drive new and existing client revenue through proactive outreach, virtual demos, and pipeline development. Build strong client relationships, resolve issues, gather feedback, and contribute market intelligence. Collaborate with marketing and client success to onboard customers, deliver tailored presentations, and use sales metrics to optimize performance and reporting.

The role involves developing client relationships, working full-time in a commission-based environment, and participating in training and incentive programs.
