Translate client needs into technical blueprints, collaborate with product and engineering, build dashboards and analyze authorization data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and scale across the customer lifecycle.

Lead and grow complex enterprise client relationships for a fintech SaaS platform. Own client satisfaction, retention, delivery confidence, commercial outcomes, executive alignment, and expansion. Build C-suite relationships, establish governance, quantify business outcomes, create joint success plans, and orchestrate internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Services. Manage renewals, pricing, contracts, and escalate/remediate incidents while driving measurable advisor and business outcomes.

Provide email and phone support to agency partners, handle onboarding/offboarding, assist with CRM and portal configurations, resolve document and commission questions, troubleshoot technical issues with Engineering, identify trends, and support back-office tasks to ensure data alignment and customer success.

Handle inbound calls to retain clients enrolled in Beyond Finance hardship programs by educating, empathizing, deescalating, assessing financial situations, using the CRM to document interactions, offering customized solutions, and meeting retention targets while delivering best-in-class customer service.
