Lead and build MongoDB's Critical Accounts program and Customer Health Platform. Design frameworks, operating model, playbooks, KPIs, and executive reporting. Hire and manage a lean program team, coordinate cross-functional interventions, drive platform roadmap and AI-driven signals, and ensure insights translate into reduced churn and measurable business outcomes.

Manage onboarding, account management, and customer support for employer partners. Own client relationships, gather user feedback, build and iterate operational processes, and drive data-informed improvements to scale the business.

Handle inbound calls to retain clients in Beyond Finance hardship programs by educating, empathizing, de-escalating, analyzing financial situations, using the CRM to document interactions, developing customized retention solutions, and meeting retention targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Serve as primary relationship manager for airline clients and vendor couriers in baggage logistics. Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, enforce SLAs, lead QBRs, translate data into insights, handle escalations, and partner with Product and Engineering to implement AI-driven operational improvements.

The Senior Solutions Consultant will drive complex deals, provide technical solutions, mentor peers, and build reusable assets while collaborating with sales and technical teams.
