Provides customer and agent support for life insurance policy administration, including policy changes, loan processing, disbursements, claims-related requests, communications, reporting, and records maintenance. Build and lead Apollo’s Partner Operations function within Revenue Operations. Own partner operating models, systems architecture, data quality, attribution, reporting, lifecycle instrumentation, deal registration, commercial operations, and revenue-share coordination. Translate partnership strategy into scalable processes and cross-functional requirements across Systems, Data, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships. Use analytics, automation, and AI to improve partner performance, operational efficiency, and revenue visibility.

Owns revenue operations strategy and GTM planning, including forecasting, annual planning, business reviews, incentive design, analytics, KPI dashboards, and performance insights. Partners with Finance, Product, and Operations to improve sales productivity, align headcount with revenue goals, and execute multi-quarter strategic workstreams. The role translates complex data into leadership recommendations and manages cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Provides high-touch business travel consulting and reservation services across air, rail, car rental, hotel, ferry, black car, and charter bookings. Manages client portfolios, applies travel policies, identifies savings, supports online and offline booking tools, maintains service-level agreements, and builds lasting client relationships. The role requires strong business travel knowledge, GDS expertise, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Navan and R&M technology.

Manage Fieldguide’s distributed generalist product support team. Own support metrics, ticket quality, QA, escalations, follow-the-sun handoffs, staffing, hiring, onboarding, and career development. Build 24-hour weekday coverage across the US, London, and Seoul, coach specialists, improve processes and runbooks, and bring customer insights into product and engineering decisions. The role remains hands-on with tickets and escalations.
