Provides frontline Tier 1 IT support to federal and DoD-aligned end users through phone, chat, and service portals. Responsibilities include password resets, account provisioning, MFA and SSO support, ticket triage, incident documentation, basic workstation and connectivity troubleshooting, ticket tracking, SLA adherence, and escalation to higher-tier teams. Own the full lifecycle, security, compliance, and support of company endpoints across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices. Administer UEM and Okta, deliver escalated IT support through Jira Service Management, manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset records, enforce endpoint security controls, automate provisioning and triage with AI, and partner with Information Security on audits, access reviews, and least-privilege policies.

Operationalize workforce funding programs by administering ETPL listings, supporting partner onboarding, maintaining Salesforce records, resolving funding inquiries, documenting procedures, producing reports, researching public funding opportunities, and improving scalable workflows. The role coordinates across Product, Enrollment, Student Support, Marketing, Finance, and Sales while ensuring compliance, data accuracy, partner communication, and consistent support for funded enrollments.

Provides application and system support, troubleshoots issues, manages testing and deployments, develops ETL tools and reports, and conducts business analysis.
