The Manager, GTM Systems oversees the architecture, governance, and efficiency of go-to-market systems, focusing on CRM, CPQ, integrations, and data quality. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support scalable revenue operations and optimize business processes.

Provide day-to-day support for Kinaxis systems, troubleshoot user issues, assist with system maintenance, gather business needs, train end users, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Strategic Engagement Management by managing resource lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, vendor relationships, and engagement financials. Use VMS and enterprise tools to maintain rosters, reporting, and P&L insights. Build customer relationships, promote WWT offerings and training, assist marketing and content creation, and develop toward a full SEM through mentoring and shadowing.

Handle complex utility billing scenarios and exceptions using SAP S/4HANA IS‑U and BPEM, perform advanced A/R reconciliations, validate billing/outsorts, apply rate/tariff changes, mentor peers, partner with cross‑functional teams, support UAT, and ensure regulatory and audit compliance.

Lead and support mortgage servicing transaction management, system integrations, data validation, and reporting. Partner with business, technology, vendors, and servicing teams to onboard MSR transactions, improve loan boarding processes, validate data integrations, and support investor and client reporting.

Provide frontline IT support at Cribl's San Francisco office and globally: hardware provisioning, access requests, onboarding/offboarding, AV and event support, MDM and cloud tool support, document troubleshooting in a knowledge base, execute projects to automate and integrate systems, and participate in on-call/standby duties.

Own governance, configuration, and integration integrity of core business systems (starting with HubSpot). Administer CRM end-to-end, rationalize automation (Zapier/Workato), ensure data integrity, coordinate LoanPro implementation and vendor relationships, and serve as the cross-functional systems operator between Operations, Engineering, and vendors.

Drive post-sales operational excellence by analyzing workflows, designing scalable processes and solutions, owning projects end-to-end, writing user stories and specs, leading UAT, implementing KPIs, and partnering cross-functionally to improve revenue systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Salesloft, Smartsheet).

Support end-to-end audience and campaign setup in the OpenAP platform, maintain project records, reconcile systems, prepare client reports, and manage multiple operational workstreams with accuracy and timely communication. Grow responsibilities over time.

Provide expert technical support for commercial and industrial water treatment systems (UV, ion exchange, filtration, RO). Troubleshoot, manage warranty and logistics inquiries, coordinate field service and startups, interpret wiring diagrams/CAD, use Salesforce for service management, and provide on-call support. Travel ~20%.
