Leads the design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of commercial training programs, including onboarding, everboarding, sales skills, and field enablement. Build account plans, conduct executive business reviews, analyze usage data, coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, advocate for customer needs, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

Provide first-line IT support via ticketing, email, phone, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and business application issues; log and manage incidents; administer user accounts and access; manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; coordinate procurement and inventory; support system upgrades, migrations, vendor solutions, and ensure security, compliance, and documentation across multiple locations.

Provide DevSecOps and enterprise cybersecurity support across SDLC, CI/CD, IaC, containers, vulnerability management, and compliance with federal standards (FISMA, NIST, HHS, CISA). Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, manage Docker/Kubernetes/Rancher platforms, run application security tooling (SAST/DAST/SCA/Fortify), administer Tenable/Nessus vulnerability scans, and support incident response, audit/A TO activities, and remediation.

Support marketing and business development by preparing proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and presentations; coordinate content with technical staff; design marketing collateral and proposal layouts; write and edit marketing content; maintain brand standards, project sheets, and databases; support events, social media, website updates, and campaign coordination.

Lead the launch and operations of Braven's North Carolina region: develop multi-year strategy, secure ~$9M pre-launch funding, build partnerships with higher-education and employer stakeholders, raise brand awareness, manage and grow the regional team and advisory board, and ensure strong program outcomes and sustainability.

Own territory sales across AR, LA, MS, and Western TN: prospect and open specialty retail accounts, present seasonal apparel and travel lines, close and retain accounts, manage reorders, attend trade shows, and provide market feedback to grow the business.

Support end-to-end data warehouse lifecycle: gather requirements, design systems and ETL (Teradata), develop, tune performance, document for SOX, provide production support and occasional on-call pager rotation.
