Support containerized workloads, monitoring, security/compliance, troubleshooting, documentation, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable, cost-efficient cloud platform operations.

Own and evolve Moxie’s semantic layer (dbt + Omni), build benchmarking and segmentation datasets, enable embedded AI-driven analytics, lead revenue reconciliation and data governance, partner with BizOps to deliver actionable metrics, and lay groundwork for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Lead and own end-to-end migrations for enterprise clients across 30+ EMR systems. Build repeatable processes, KPI dashboards, capacity models, and QA frameworks. Coach and grow a migrations team, drive CSAT and time-to-migration improvements, and translate operational insights into prioritized product and engineering changes.
