The Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability will define product vision, collaborate with engineering, drive customer discovery, and enhance Grafana Cloud's observability offerings.

Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Serve as primary employee contact, coordinate with carriers and vendors, handle enrollments, life events, terminations, payroll deductions, leaves of absence and accommodations, maintain benefits records, run orientations and communications, and ensure compliance with federal/state benefits laws.

Leads and coaches Scrum teams, facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages backlogs, release dependencies, project plans, metrics, and governance. Partners with Product Owners on release planning, improves team dynamics and delivery practices, mentors other Scrum Masters, and applies Agile and traditional project-management approaches across software and infrastructure projects.

Lead net-new enterprise sales into Fortune 500 and large mid-market accounts building AI/ML systems. Prospect and create outbound pipeline, run long consultative sales cycles, orchestrate pilots and phased rollouts, influence technical and executive stakeholders, and partner with solution architects to close complex, high-value deals.

Lead pre‑sales and solution design for CPQ and order orchestration. Run discovery sessions, build architectures, deliver demos, create proposals and SOWs, estimate projects, and ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handoffs while advising delivery teams.

Manage and maintain company publications through the full document lifecycle, implement change requests within workflows, maintain libraries on eMan and EFB, ensure timely distribution, schedule reviews, provide technical support to end users, and recommend process and system improvements while assisting migration to a global document control platform.

Lead the technical side of enterprise sales for autonomous systems and physical AI customers. Own discovery, architecture reviews, demonstrations, proofs of concept, evaluations, deployments, and expansions. Translate customer workflows into solutions, address technical objections, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. Build scalable sales engineering processes, technical content, evaluation frameworks, and operating models while supporting strategic automotive OEM and enterprise opportunities.

Lead and develop a small product management team, improve product discovery and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. Coach PMs, run customer discovery, set priorities, and refine product operating systems to support fast-moving enterprise environments.

Manage SMB customer lifecycle to reduce churn and drive renewals. Maintain billing/subscription accuracy, Salesforce data cleanliness, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Account Executives on upsells, contracts, and offboarding. Serve as voice of the customer, support product adoption, and help optimize accounts through ongoing engagement and project coordination.

Administer, configure, optimize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including instance health, upgrades, patches, modules, workflows, integrations, permissions, dashboards, and performance. Ensure security, compliance, and governance; troubleshoot platform issues; automate processes; document configurations; lead enhancements and integrations; and mentor junior administrators. The role requires advanced ServiceNow scripting and architecture knowledge, project leadership, and collaboration with IT leadership and stakeholders.
