As Associate Commercial Counsel, you will draft, negotiate, and review contracts, advise on legal issues, and optimize legal workflows for a SaaS company.

The Business Development Manager will drive lead generation, coordinate sales processes, and support new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct internal audits to evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, SOX testing, financial and operational reporting, compliance, asset safeguarding, and inventories. Prepare audit plans, document processes with flowcharts/narratives, identify control weaknesses, assist external auditors, perform special projects (fraud investigations, acquisitions), and report findings with recommendations to management and the Audit Committee.

Deliver and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and API-driven data products; build RESTful APIs, Node.js backend services on AWS; and develop front-end interfaces using Vue/Vuetify while ensuring data quality, reliability, and integration with financial systems.

Lead product-focused copy and brand voice across product UI, emails, help content, and ecommerce listings. Drive conversion with SEO and A/B-tested messaging, build scalable creative operations and workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to align partner and product voices.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for blockchain/Web3 products. Define product vision, prioritize opportunities, work with engineering and design, engage customers, translate blockchain tech into user value, set success metrics, mentor product managers, and drive cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.

Author and maintain funds management manuals, SOPs, workflows, process maps, job aids, and training materials. Support workshop documentation, document governance processes, facilitate interviews, and ensure adherence to documentation standards and best practices.
