Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial outcomes for a new AI-native clinical research product. Lead cross-functional engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams without direct reports. Validate customer needs, launch and scale products, embed AI/ML capabilities, define success metrics, manage P&L trade-offs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive platform connectivity across clinical development and operations workflows.

Leads the full Manufacturing Informatics business lifecycle, including market strategy, sales, business development, solutioning, delivery, operations, P&L, and customer expansion. Builds executive relationships across pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing organizations; oversees MES, EBR, digital manufacturing, integrations, analytics, AI/ML, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Develops partnerships, recruits and leads global teams, manages financial and operational performance, and ensures solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, data integrity, and business requirements.

Supports assigned customer accounts by coordinating with internal departments on scheduling, inventory, pricing, forecasts, logistics, technical requirements, and contracts. Builds customer relationships, resolves account issues, maintains documentation, reviews daily activity reports, makes proactive service and sales calls, and participates in process improvement and cross-functional training.

The role is fully remote with approximately 20–25% international travel.
