Lead day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution for influencer, experiential, ambassador, and integrated marketing work. Own timelines, scopes, deliverables, reporting, and cross-team coordination; lead client meetings, surface insights, and identify growth opportunities. Anticipate risks, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure high-quality execution across projects in a fully remote role.

Work directly with the General Counsel to draft, review, and redline lending and commercial contracts; conduct digital-asset regulatory research; develop policies and corporate governance; maintain precedent templates; review vendor and partnership agreements; and use AI-assisted drafting and research tools daily.

Provide advanced technical support and subject-matter expertise for Relativity platforms (RelativityOne/Server), design and maintain complex workspaces and permissions, configure analytics/processing/imaging, develop event handlers and advanced search logic, deliver client-facing training/demos, mentor junior analysts, review deliverables, and maintain eDiscovery SOPs and best practices.

Implement and configure CRM systems, gather and document client requirements, migrate and clean customer data, build reports and dashboards, design automations and approval processes, run system and UAT testing, train end users, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Manage contract execution and amendment processing, maintain audit and contract databases, track authorizations and correspondence, perform quality reviews to mitigate risk, and support high-volume, deadline-driven contract administration tasks.

Manage partner relationships and identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails. Use HubSpot/Salesforce to track sales cycles, close deals, process payments, and meet partner acquisition targets. Maintain product knowledge and communicate in English and regional languages.

Close mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals end-to-end while refining the sales playbook. Sell into marketing teams, demo technical product capabilities, maintain HubSpot pipeline and forecasting, close pilots, ensure smooth CSM handoffs, and feed product and competitive insights back to GTM and product.

Support day-to-day accounts receivable, collections, billing, tax compliance, reconciliations, and customer billing support across Audiense entities. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and external advisors; prepare AR reports, bad debt schedules, sales tax/VAT support, month-end close tasks, and audit responses. Maintain AR systems and recommend process improvements.
