Manage FP&A services for Ukrainian startup customers, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, financial modeling, cash-gap prevention, cost optimization, and strategic recommendations. Build financial systems with R&D teams, analyze business metrics and multiple data sources, review accounting outputs, and communicate directly with founders and CFOs. Lead project priorities, deadlines, quality, workloads, and team organization.

Build and operate distributed, event-driven backend services for Stacklet’s cloud governance platform. Responsibilities include developing GraphQL APIs, policy execution pipelines, cloud asset and cost data stores, and scalable multi-cloud systems. The role requires designing for reliability, observability, retries, idempotency, and eventual consistency; managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations; and using AWS serverless services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automated testing. The engineer will also lead backend initiatives, mentor teammates, and contribute to architectural decisions.
