Support legal operations by reviewing and redlining NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts; act as first-line legal reviewer for internal teams; coordinate with external counsel; maintain compliance on SaaS, privacy, and commercial law; develop templates, playbooks, and contract tracking systems; and support efficient, ethical legal processes.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to small businesses, qualify prospects, set demos, meet activity targets, track leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with the SDR team to grow pipeline.
