Own strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery for enterprise data management and operations capabilities. Partner with data engineering, technology, and business leaders to translate data needs into technical requirements, strengthen governance and quality, manage portfolios and backlogs, and improve platform reliability, automation, scalability, and operational performance. Oversees hiring, coaching, team operations, delivery, reliability, incident response, on-call health, observability, and technical investment. Partners with Product, Engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to guide architecture, manage trade-offs, and deliver resilient backend and distributed systems. The role requires strong people leadership, production operations experience, and technical credibility with .NET/C#, AWS, containers, and orchestration.

Designs scalable community engagement, adoption, escalation, and enablement strategies across customers and geographies. Drive profitable growth across assigned tissue-industry accounts through retention, upselling, cross-selling, new application development, strategic account management, pricing, and profitability optimization. Leads the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud and owns end-to-end Quote-to-Cash capabilities, including quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, billing, subscriptions, and revenue recognition. Provides Salesforce architecture, integration strategy, technical governance, roadmap ownership, delivery risk management, and cross-functional leadership. The role manages engineering capacity and sprint commitments, leads workshops and proofs of concept, ensures security and compliance, and mentors Salesforce development and configuration teams.

Lead and mentor a small software engineering team while setting technical direction, facilitating Agile processes, writing maintainable code, and owning software delivery from requirements through maintenance. Architect reliable databases and secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code. Ensure healthcare data compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST and guide system architecture, API design, security, scalability, and CI/CD practices.

Develop generative AI solutions using Python, AWS, LLMs, chatbots, prompt and context engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks. Build coding prompts and contexts with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Amazon Q Developer to convert business stories into production code and pull requests. Design autonomous and multi-agent workflows, memory and token-management systems, caching strategies, MCPs, and real-time AI decisioning features. Auto-lending experience and A/B testing expertise are advantageous.

Own complex technical support requests from platform partners, triage production incidents, debug APIs, webhooks, and integrations, and resolve issues within SLAs. The role requires root-cause analysis, SQL and scripting, log and trace investigation, backend code reading, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Support. The engineer will also improve runbooks, tooling, documentation, and self-service resources as partner volume scales.
