Produces accurate, compelling written and video content, applies AP Style, supports daily digital news strategies, and collaborates with newsroom and creative teams. The role may assist the assignment desk and requires flexibility for weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts.

Staff the millwork showroom, assist customers and outside sales representatives, prepare material estimates and quotes, explain product features, process orders, track inventory and job progress, coordinate delivery information, maintain customer relationships, update CRM records, and resolve issues. The role requires proficiency with manufacturer quoting programs, Excel, Microsoft Office, weekend availability, and the ability to work with contractors, architects, and homeowners.
