Build and manage a new student poker education business at UT Austin. Lead CS&R business operations: manage vendor relationships, run performance scorecards and metrics reporting, craft executive presentations and dashboards, coordinate meetings and budgets, support tools and onboarding, and independently deliver special projects to improve productivity and team engagement.

Lead and run the operating rhythm for the Core Transfer Experience org: set meeting cadences, goal-setting and tracking, executive communications, and cross-squad programs. Prepare the GM for executive forums, drive cross-team initiatives to committed dates, manage org mechanics with Recruiting and Finance, and build scalable processes, templates, and documentation. Hold leaders accountable, escalate appropriately, and remove organizational friction to deliver outcomes across distributed teams.

Lead and manage implementations of complex customer benefit plans from pre-sale through post-sale, acting as single point of contact. Develop and execute implementation strategies, create and track project plans and issue logs, coach and mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure service levels, participate in product testing and improvements, and support onboarding policies and reporting.

Lead end-to-end strategy and operations projects to improve processes, launch initiatives, and enhance customer experience. Manage cross-functional stakeholders, evaluate vendors, negotiate partnerships, and collaborate with tech teams. Run data-intensive ad hoc analyses using SQL/BI to drive decisions and ensure measurable business impact.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex partner integrations for embedded finance and payments. Translate requirements into delivery plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate stakeholders (sales, product, engineering, legal, compliance), mitigate risks, track launch metrics, and run post-launch reviews to improve integration playbooks.
