Use InterSystems and standard tools (AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence). Lead compliance improvements, planning sessions, lessons-learned activities, third-party coordination, and promote AI-enabled solutions while ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Lead delivery of TrakSYS MES projects across discovery, design, build, test, cutover and go-live. Manage 3–4 concurrent projects, govern plans/RAIDD/finances/changes, coordinate technical teams, oversee SIT/UAT, and drive cutover, stabilization and transition to support.

Lead multiple hardware and software product implementations end-to-end: develop project plans, drive delivery and training, manage customer stakeholder relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize implementation processes using lean tools, and transition sites to clinical success managers while meeting timeline, budget, and KPI targets.

Manage end-to-end implementation of AI-driven FinTech solutions: develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver technical demos and training, support post-sales adoption, gather feedback for product improvements, and collaborate with Customer Success on upsell and support materials.
