Lead end-to-end capital projects in a chemical manufacturing environment, managing design, budgeting, scheduling, execution, commissioning, vendor contracts, and PSM activities (HAZOPs, MOC, PSSRs, LOPAs, SIS). Ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and strategic objectives while reporting status and risks to leadership.

Build customer relationships, define transformation roadmaps, and establish delivery playbooks to scale enterprise implementations.

Lead and support software development teams using agile methods; facilitate meetings, manage timesheets/invoices/budgets, coordinate with clients and partners, remove blockers, report on release timelines and risks, coach continuous improvement, onboard team members, and support release management.
