Responsibilities include developing briefs, coordinating stakeholders and external agencies, improving intake and QA workflows, reviewing deliverables for brand and accessibility standards, supporting digital product innovation, maintaining design-system consistency, and delivering special initiatives such as international creative contests. The role also requires familiarity with CMS platforms, website delivery, SEO, analytics, and nonprofit or advocacy communications.

Coordinates the Educating Character Initiative across campus, including grant activities, research on Virtue Ethics, program and course outcome assessment, faculty development, student activities, grant acquisition, and budget oversight. The role collaborates with faculty, Student Affairs, Service Learning, Campus Ministry, the REACH Team, and Institutional Advancement while using data-driven decision-making to evaluate program effectiveness.

Leads network-wide sales enablement and strategic projects from planning through deployment, adoption, and evaluation. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, resources, risks, accountability processes, communications, and status reporting. Supports change management, removes roadblocks, drives continuous improvement, and partners with internal departments and external vendors to deliver sales initiatives.
