Drive best practices, documentation, and coordination with technical and executive teams in a 24/7 service environment using Agile (Kanban) and standard PM tools.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation of pharmacy benefit plans. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams (formulary, specialty, networks), manage risks and audits, present to stakeholders, track and report implementation status, and mentor implementation team members. Travel 20-25%.
