Leads technical delivery, support, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement for Manhattan Active WMS applications. Serves as the technical subject matter expert, translates business needs into requirements, partners with engineers and suppliers, manages system integration testing, oversees production implementation and hypercare, drives root-cause analysis, and mentors analysts. Ensures operational stability, supplier performance, monitoring, documentation, and third-level support for a 24/7/365 grocery distribution environment.

Lead technical infrastructure projects from scope definition through delivery. Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, vendors, contracts, and change requests. Coordinate engineering, finance, product, business, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with SDLC/IDLC frameworks. Report project status and financial variances to stakeholders and leadership, resolve roadblocks, and support urgent IT incident escalations.

Requires enterprise PMO experience and proficiency with Clarity, Power BI, SharePoint, and Atlassian Tools.

Lead CMDB strategy, governance, and ServiceNow analytics to ensure accurate operational data and actionable insights. Manage CMDB team, drive CSDM adoption, KPIs, dashboards, data quality, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to support service delivery and platform performance.

Manage and coordinate SAP/ERP program delivery across projects: define scope, align stakeholders, track risks, oversee timelines and finances, ensure governance and vendor compliance, and support urgent IT escalations.

Define and drive value realization frameworks that tie Technology investments to measurable business outcomes. Establish KPIs/OKRs, lead benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews, build dashboards and reporting, partner with Product, Finance, and Technology to prioritize investments, coach teams on value-based decision making, and standardize measurement and governance across technology portfolios.
