The Capture Director will lead capture management activities primarily for Air and Space Force opportunities, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Lead USAF avionics and EW sustainment programs, owning cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality. Direct cross-functional teams, engage government customers and primes, manage contracts (IDIQ/Task Order), drive capture and proposals, optimize resources, and apply continuous improvement to achieve strategic growth and operational excellence.

Manage BAE Systems' largest program computing environment: coordinate stakeholders, plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, specify and procure hardware, support IT operations, interface with IT PMs and architects, ensure compliance, and perform day-to-day tactical hardware and move tasks.

Lead and deliver complex ground systems development programs: manage technical performance, schedule, cost, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate stakeholders, apply program management best practices (including Agile), support proposals, and oversee operations from planning through execution in on-site lab/cleanroom/production environments.

Manage and support Sentinel Launch Execution Branch acquisition tasks: review prime contractor designs and MBSE artifacts, track status, support meetings, monitor contract performance, maintain the integrated master schedule, and coordinate across DoD, NSA, STRATCOM, FFRDCs/UARCs and internal teams.

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); perform schedule and schedule-risk analysis (SRAs, critical path, variance, predictive analysis); support Risk & Opportunity and RCCA processes; ensure timely customer schedule deliverables; prepare reports and dashboards for program management and external stakeholders.

The role involves leading capture management efforts for Tactical Solutions, building customer relationships, developing proposals, and assessing market potential.
