Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs across labs, field, quality and enterprise initiatives. Develop scalable project management processes, manage execution, budgets, risks and stakeholders, coach project managers, perform business and financial analysis, and drive change management and strategic communications with executive and regional stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate global market access projects: define scope, schedule and oversee laboratory testing, communicate project status, resolve technical issues, support sales in scoping/costing, and integrate process improvements. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, financial analysis, change management, and team leadership. The role supports the Chief Commercial Officer and partners with senior leaders, business units, Finance, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Manage and administer Global Market Access certification programs, coordinate assessments/audits and corrective actions, maintain certification records and metrics, ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and lead process improvements to enhance certification operations.

Supports client project initiation and administration by configuring projects in PSA, reviewing documentation, establishing milestones, creating and maintaining client folders, provisioning access, managing CVD sites, and ensuring records meet organizational quality and compliance standards. Coordinates handoffs between Sales and Project Managers, monitors setup requests, resolves access issues, and maintains accurate project documentation in a fast-paced global environment.
