Own defined product features and workstreams across the Apply Portfolio from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration. Owns the strategy, prioritization, requirements, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products. Translates ambiguous healthcare, clinical, operational, and business needs into product roadmaps, PRDs, KPIs, and execution plans. Partners with engineering, data, security, compliance, legal, clinical, and operations teams to deliver responsible, secure, compliant, and measurable AI solutions.

Own the global e-commerce product and roadmap, leading implementation partners and internal teams from discovery through launch and optimization. Define requirements for storefront, checkout, subscriptions, promotions, payments, shipping, taxation, localization, and enterprise integrations. Improve customer and Brand Partner experiences while ensuring accurate attribution, volume, commission, and order data. Support multi-market commerce across North America, Europe, China, and Japan, establish scalable operating processes, and drive conversion, subscription adoption, retention, and reliable platform operations.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, delivery, governance, and adoption of data and analytics products built on Snowflake and delivered through Power BI.
