Establish reliability, quality, scalability, and AI accuracy requirements while guiding build-versus-buy decisions. Serve as the subject matter expert for integration workflows and align engineering, partners, customers, and executives.

Own and manage BI solution products by translating customer needs into technical requirements, prioritizing development, coordinating stakeholders, promoting adoption, and ensuring successful delivery. The role involves analyzing business problems, creating actionable BI solutions, presenting to varied organizational levels, and potentially supporting BI development and data engineering. It may also indirectly lead analytics consultants and data engineers.

Own the CancerIQ platform roadmap for hereditary cancer risk assessment, genetic testing, and screening compliance workflows. Translate clinical and customer needs into prioritized requirements, partner with Engineering through delivery, and drive feature adoption with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. Conduct customer discovery, analyze usage and outcomes, monitor oncology and regulatory trends, and collaborate with health-system stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.

Leads the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for AI/ML algorithm products.
