Job Description
Graham Healthcare Group is looking for a Sr. Product Manager who will organize and manage the development efforts of the BI Team. This person will be responsible for defining the scope and business requirements of new development and project work and ensuring end user usability and acceptance of the development and project.
Sr. Product Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for organizing, prioritizing and reporting on business intelligence project and development efforts to key stakeholders

Works with clients in gathering development and project scope, data definitions including gaining an understanding of anticipated end result and use case

Works with clients in ensuring desired outcomes are met and overall end user acceptance

Holds team accountable for timeliness and quality of work
-
Create and track team work in Jira
-
Run daily and weekly team and project meetings
-
Other duties as assigned by management

Complies with and ensures that teams comply with Graham Healthcare Group's corporate values of Respect, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence
Sr. Product Manager Requirements:
-
4 years Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-
5+ Years in software development including 2 years Agile experience; Agile certification a plus
-
Demonstrated background with managing multiple concurrent projects ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed

Experience with system integration and data warehousing

Experience with the Jira suite of Agile tools
-
Superior analytical and problem solving skills
-
Organizational and time management skills
-
Comfortable dealing with C-suite leadership on a weekly basis
