Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to help drive execution across our product roadmap.

This is an execution-focused role designed for someone early in their product career who wants to develop strong fundamentals in building and shipping high-quality software products.

You’ll work across a broad set of initiatives and partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to take products from concept through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for someone with prior product management experience who is looking to grow as an individual contributor PM while deepening their execution, product thinking, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in expanding the team’s execution capacity by owning day-to-day product development work and helping move key initiatives forward.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own feature development end-to-end: Drive features from initial concept through launch, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, feedback collection, and iteration

  • Develop product requirements: Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, incorporating input from engineering, design, operations, and other business stakeholders

  • Partner closely with engineering and design: Ensure smooth collaboration, unblock issues, and maintain development velocity throughout the product lifecycle

  • Support launches and rollouts: Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, revenue operations, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption

  • Contribute to product discovery: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization

  • Build and analyze product metrics: Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support experimentation to improve product outcomes

  • Work across the product roadmap: Contribute across multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity over time to develop ownership over a dedicated product area and engineering team
