Own the operating infrastructure for Abacum’s implementation and partner-delivery model. Build delivery-routing criteria, capacity models, implementation health reporting, quality benchmarks, playbooks, cross-functional handoffs, partner performance tracking, and time-to-value reporting. Work across implementation, partnerships, sales, customer success, and revenue operations to establish scalable processes, influence senior stakeholders, and improve delivery consistency and performance.

Own and improve optical calibration processes for illumination hardware, conduct optical characterization and experiments in bioreactor environments, and analyze data to validate models and guide system design. The role includes laboratory optical system setup, troubleshooting, automation, modeling, documentation, and development of practical engineering recommendations.

Serve as US HR SME managing compliance, HRIS (HiBob), PEO liaison (ADP TotalSource), onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits (including 401(k)), employee relations and ER cases (PIPs), policy updates, audits, and US-specific HR projects while partnering with global HR and payroll teams.

Lead plant quality activities for wiring harnesses and tower assemblies, supervise process auditors, drive root-cause investigations (8D/A3/5 Whys), implement CAPA, maintain control plans and LPAs, reduce scrap/rework/COPQ, support supplier and customer quality, and lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) projects to stabilize processes and improve product quality.

Process and reconcile customer payments, cash receipts, bank deposits, invoices, and account statements. Maintain client account records, monitor aging reports, resolve payment issues, conduct credit checks, and respond to account inquiries. The role also requires accurate financial documentation, client communication, confidentiality, and collaboration with Finance to improve accounts receivable processes.

Owns billing-related customer support, including invoice questions, payment issues, disputes, renewals, and dunning communications. Maintains enterprise subscriptions and billing details in Stripe, investigates usage discrepancies through internal dashboards, coordinates with Sales and Finance, completes vendor onboarding, and processes company vendor invoices. The role also improves billing documentation and helps ensure accurate, complete customer invoicing.

Own enterprise platform sales from pipeline generation through negotiation, forecasting, closing, and handoff to delivery. Build strategic healthcare partnerships across payers, providers, pharmacy retailers, and digital health companies. Collaborate with executives, Marketing, Business Development, and go-to-market teams to develop sales narratives, repeatable buyer journeys, and account-based marketing initiatives. Identify market and product opportunities while consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining trusted executive relationships.
