The CRM Systems Administrator manages CRM systems, supports users, develops workflows and automation, and ensures system improvements and documentation.

Lead client relationships and manage day-to-day account operations for assigned clients. Oversee project briefs, timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, campaign execution, financials, and presentations. Provide strategic guidance, identify growth opportunities, ensure quality and brand alignment, and support new business efforts.

Serve as a technical partner for enterprise real estate customers to drive adoption, troubleshoot and triage technical issues, reproduce and document bugs, coordinate escalations to engineering, and deliver tailored success strategies. Lead environmental permitting and due diligence projects, guiding clients through regulations while advancing renewable energy and infrastructure initiatives.
