Own the roadmap for a significant product area spanning satellite systems, onboard AI applications, and partner platforms. Translate strategy and customer needs into engineering requirements, prioritize capabilities, define success criteria, and coordinate delivery. Conduct customer discovery, analyze markets and business cases, communicate technical recommendations to executives, and align engineering, program leadership, business development, and partners around product direction.

Lead strategy, portfolio development, go-to-market planning, partnerships, sales enablement, and solution growth for the Cloud practice. Define market strategy and success metrics, package cloud offerings, support sales campaigns, develop partner ecosystems, enable internal teams, and collaborate with engineering, delivery, marketing, and leadership. Drive adoption, profitability, customer success, and sustainable growth across cloud assessments, migrations, FinOps, managed services, modernization, and workplace solutions.

Lead onboarding and product discovery for utility customers: run and systematize onboarding, translate customer workflows into product requirements, prioritize features, write MRDs/PRDs/TRDs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and create repeatable processes to turn pilots into scalable deployments.
