Responsibilities include creating user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing work, managing releases, analyzing product data, coordinating stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for AI, automation, personalization, and digital transformation.

Own end-to-end new product development across retail merchandise, immersive experiences, and F&B paper goods. Translate creative briefs into vendor-ready scopes, orchestrate external engineers and tech pack designers, manage sampling and vendor relationships, enforce development gates, and maintain the WIP pipeline. The role drives cost, quality, compliance, launch readiness, and sampling-round reduction across domestic and overseas suppliers.

Supports product planning through market and competitive surveys, product specification reviews, technology analysis, regulatory research, and recommendations for product changes.
