Lead strategy, roadmap, and platform-scale execution for Adyen’s Cards & Wallets issuing product. Identify customer and operational needs, define success metrics, and deliver globally scalable card issuance capabilities spanning BIN management, tokenization, and fulfillment. Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, operations, regulatory, compliance, commercial, and product teams to launch capabilities that increase issuing volume and improve customer outcomes.

The Product Manager will drive EMEA payments strategy, collaborating with technical and commercial teams to develop scalable payment solutions, enhance merchant success, and shape the European payments landscape.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of Adyen’s US banking products. Scale Adyen Accounts and money movement, integrate banking with Payments, Capital, and Issuing, and drive adoption across enterprise and platform customers. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, compliant, resilient, and monetizable financial capabilities while influencing senior stakeholders across a global organization.

Own the product vision and roadmap for platform capabilities that ensure device fleet stability, testing, release, observability, certification and security readiness. Define priorities, success metrics and outcomes; drive testing infrastructure (emulators, robot and HIL), release and rollout tooling, monitoring and pre-certification strategy; collaborate with Security, Certifications, Engineering, Product and vendors to make launches safer, more automated and scalable.

Manage and document regulatory product risks for Adyen's North America products. Project-manage regulatory requirement intake, track implementation, collaborate with product teams to convert regulatory needs into compliant product features, and maintain regulatory compliance frameworks and stakeholder communication.

Owns the long-term strategy, health, and commercial performance of Adyen’s Digital Content, Media & Communications vertical. Drives global go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, revenue growth, and market expansion. Acts as the vertical subject matter expert, analyzes customer behavior, informs product prioritization, pricing, packaging, and commercial enablement, and monitors industry trends, technology, and regulatory developments. Partners with commercial, product, and senior stakeholders and represents Adyen publicly.

Leads Adyen’s global Scheme Compliance Growth pillar, building a team and strategy that enables compliant expansion across products, markets, payment methods, and partners. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Partnerships to translate scheme and regulatory requirements into scalable systems, guardrails, operating models, and tooling. Evaluates new payment flows, balances commercial opportunity with risk, accelerates launches, develops compliance frameworks and playbooks, and creates repeatable solutions for complex merchant use cases.

Lead a key stream of the Internal Developer Platform to reduce SDLC friction, improve CI/build reliability, drive product maturity, enable developer autonomy with reusable abstractions, and roll out AI/ML context standards (AGENTS.md, RAG pipelines, MCP). Measure adoption and ROI against metrics like DXI, Change Failure Rate, and developer velocity while managing vendors and influencing developer behavior.
