The Channel Success Manager builds relationships with consulting channels, provides training, supports sales efforts, ensures customer satisfaction, and collaborates internally to enhance service delivery.

Provide administrative support across finance and operations: manage corporate expense reporting and credit cards, administer Concur, onboard and maintain vendor records, transfer project and financial data between systems, and support employee inquiries and vendor compliance to ensure audit-ready documentation.

Manage operational aspects and end-of-life for product lines, analyze customer and usage data to recommend improvements, define KPIs, align cross-functional stakeholders, run EOL planning and communications, and support post-launch product optimization across broadband, wireless, or business data & voice domains.

Lead design and implementation of real-time, event-driven data ecosystems powering personalization. Define self-service data infrastructure, governance, and architecture standards. Provide cross-team technical oversight, mentor engineers, ensure production reliability and cost optimization, participate in deployments and on-call, and collaborate on roadmaps and OKRs.

Lead and build the end-to-end AI/ML layer for accounts payable: architect production agentic systems, own model lifecycle, set roadmap and quality standards, implement evals/observability, manage and grow a distributed Data/ML team, and partner cross-functionally to deploy reliable, performant AI products.

Lead global Consulting Services innovation by developing standardized methodologies, AI-enabled delivery capabilities, reusable assets, and scalable service offerings. Own the Ascend methodology and One Epicor Delivery Experience, partner with Product teams, validate and industrialize new capabilities, and build multidisciplinary global teams to accelerate implementation speed and customer outcomes with financial and operational discipline.

Perform outbound prospecting (calls/emails), engage decision-makers, qualify leads, schedule sales-ready appointments, research targets, handle objections consultatively, use CRM and sales platforms, collaborate with team and attend training to build pipeline and drive new business.
