Join the Global Platform Engineering team to build and maintain core infrastructure and tooling. Lead Bolt's finance function: run monthly/quarterly close and investor/board reporting; own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics; author ASC 606 policies and maintain controls; manage quote-to-cash, invoicing, collections, and deal desk; partner on pricing, packaging, and sales compensation; support audits and SOC 2 readiness; build processes and integrations across ERP, billing, data, and CRM systems.

Lead WMS implementations and support by gathering and documenting requirements, designing integrations and workflows, creating and executing test plans (including UAT), writing SQL for reporting and troubleshooting, providing Level 2 application support, and developing process and training documentation to optimize warehouse operations and integrations.

Serve as the finance business partner to Legal and Corporate & External Affairs, providing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, decision support, and cost management. Drive report automation and data visualization, advise leadership on financial risks and opportunities, and support enterprise technology spend optimization. Act as a trusted single point of contact for finance topics and deputy to the Director when needed.

Lead AI/LLM-focused security assessments and advanced offensive engagements. Identify vulnerabilities in LLMs, agents, APIs, and cloud AI workloads; perform manual testing, source code review, architecture reviews, and present findings. Mentor teammates and contribute to tooling, research, and methodology development.

Lead strategy, build and scale a global partnerships ecosystem (ERP, fintech, banks, ISVs, VARs, SIs) to drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and platform expansion. Own partner negotiations, commercial models, cross-functional integration, and team development while leveraging AI/data insights and ensuring compliance.

Lead solution-selling efforts for assigned customers by designing tailored offerings, preparing proposals and pricing, supporting RFPs, and collaborating cross-functionally to close complex, scalable supply‑chain and managed services deals. Engage customers, track opportunities, and expand volume and margin while staying current on industry trends.

Drive revenue by identifying and closing publisher partnerships for Offerwall distribution across loyalty, rewards, gaming, cashback, fintech, and content platforms. Build pipeline, negotiate contracts, customize Dynata products for segments, meet quarterly revenue and profit targets, and analyze performance to generate actionable insights.

Design, build, and optimize Java-based data pipelines and integrations from SQL/NoSQL and cloud sources. Create BI dashboards and automated reports, design storage for structured/unstructured data, document processes, and follow production deployment best practices to deliver actionable analytics.
