Lead client relationships and serve as strategic advisor for national/global brands. Coordinate staffing, dispatch, scheduling, customer communication, job changes, labeling, quality control, and pre- and post-move walkthroughs. Manage warehouse projects and commercial equipment inventory, including safe use, returns, repairs, and replacement. Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse staff, crews, and customers while training service personnel and future project managers.

Provides bilingual Spanish-English administrative and client support for a culturally responsive family services program. Greets clients, schedules appointments, interprets and translates, manages client data in ServicePoint, maintains tracking materials, supports community events, conducts surveys, updates resources, and coordinates communications with staff, facilities, partners, and building management. Plans semiconductor production capacity, balances demand and supply, optimizes WIP, lead times, inventory, and safety stock, and analyzes multi-tier supply chain risks. Builds predictive models and dashboards, manages delivery plans, supports new product introduction ramps, and presents supply chain performance metrics to senior management. Collaborates with sourcing, engineering, finance, and logistics teams to improve productivity, fulfillment, and profitability.

Participate in a two-phase application engineering development program. Provide technical support for test and measurement instruments, troubleshoot customer measurement challenges, optimize setups, and create technical content. Later, support customers in the Silicon Valley/Bay Area through product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, technical discovery, account strategy, and opportunity development.
